With the Spin-off of the Tower Unit from A1 Group as per September 22, 2023, the newly founded EuroTeleSites AG has appointed Moritz Palmi as Head of Investor Relations & ESG and Ursula Novotny as Corporate Communications manager and press spokesperson. Both managers are experienced professionals in their fields.
In his new role, Moritz will be in charge of the entire capital market communications of EuroTeleSites. In addition to ongoing communications with investors and analysts, he is responsible for reporting obligations and the preparation of annual and quarterly earnings reports. Furthermore, his responsibilities include the organization of the Annual General Meeting and the handling of topics relevant to the capital market. His area of responsibility also includes the entire ESG strategy and the roll-out of measures across the entire holding company and the 6 markets in Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Republic of Serbia and Northern Macedonia.
EuroTeleSites´ Corporate Communications will be led by Ursula Novotny, a PR and international communications expert of nearly 30 years. Her responsibilities include all external communications for Austrian and UK media as well as aligning with the CEE inquiries, and as press officer she is the first contact for all media requests. In addition, she is also responsible for internal communications addressing approximately 150 employees in 6 different countries and she coordinates Social Media activities and Website content.

Moritz is a graduate from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration. For the last three years, he has been working as executive assistant to the CEO of A1 Austria and earlier gained experience in strategic controlling at A1 Austria. His professional career took him among others to Raiffeisen Bank International and KPMG. In 2017, Moritz took a class in Supply Chain Management at the International Summer University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Ursula has been with A1 Group for more than two decades in various positions and with different responsibilities, starting out as press spokesperson of former mobilkom austria and then moving to the Holding company, setting up international communications by additionally addressing UK media and the CEE area. She is a graduate from Vienna University and has a master´s degree in Mass Communication & Media studies.
